Trabant Polizei & Orderweg

from Guido Goluke, Kerouac's Dutch translator, on the former FRG-GDR border: "The Trabi was found at a Grenzmuseum in Hessen, near the border with Thüringen, that used to be the Deutsch-Deutsche Grenze. In its active service, the imperishable little trotter probably packed four fully equipped and armed Vopo’s."
