The Knee Injury Van

from my sister Mary Lillis Behrens, re. my Thanksgiving Day touchdown and knee injury. "Maybe u shd check them out..!
I'm doing self-therapy, under the assumption mine's a medial miniscus tear. I'm on a strengthening program with the Nautilus machine, +swimming, + biking...The knee is strong enough straight ahead but nothing that twists. It's not a Triathlon Knee, and it is probably never again going to be a touch fotball knee, or a ski knee, but I'm hoping for a swim knee, a sail knee, a bike knee. And I think it's time to watch Claire's Knee again.
