A lot of Apaches turn up on AL. Our friend Sean Wilsey owns a legendary one that commutes regularly between Brooklyn and West Texas. I learned to drive standard on an Apache while I was working on the GH Ranch, Sundre, Alberta in the early Seventies. First time I ever was stopped by the Mounties, eh, I was driving an Apache. Came across this one in the neighborhood east of downtown, the Springs. If you google Autoliterate Apache you'll turn up lots more.

Cool truck, I've got a '61 C20 in Denver. This one looks like a '60 though, due to the front fender emblems that say "Chevrolet" as opposed to the '61 emblems that just say "Apache" and slightly different grill. Absolutely love this blog! Thanks for the Apache post!
