F100 For Sale, Colorado Springs

This F100 was at a garage in Colorado Springs. The owner lives in Fort Collins. The guy I spoke to at the garage said he understands it's the 460 engine. Everything works. The garage has changed the plugs, wires, fluids, etc. It apparently runs well. Looked very clean to me; a couple of tiny specks of rust, but nothing underneath. Seems a very original truck. Maybe a 1977? I'd probably lose the cap, because I don't like the way they look. And I'd get slightly bigger tires. No whitewalls. But it looks a very clean and well-cared-for original. Interior looked good. The sign on the dash says '$2500 obo'. Sounds like possibly a deal, if you're ready to adopt an old truck. If you're interested in learning about shipping, the people I would recommend, strongly, are www.safewayautotransport.com They moved a truck for me from West Texas to Downeast Maine, and did exactly what they promised, for exactly the price they promised. They own their trucks, and the drivers are their employees, so you're not getting shifted around from freight terminal to freight terminal.
