Drives With My Father

This is an essay about my father. He had very little interest in cars and I'd say zero in trucks. He was a gentleman of the old school. Never saw him holding a tool, except a pen, or a cocktail shaker. He tried changing a tire once but it didn't work out. The best time I ever spent with him was our road trip from Maine to Alberta in my beat-up old Mazda. http://www.peterbehrens.org/reading_room/fathers_son.html
